How to Download Oirignal Videos

Please note that our system does not stream your original videos. It converts your videos into hundreds of little HLS segments to enable adaptive streaming and avoid video buffering. These little segments cannot be downloaded directly from our dashboard.

If you need your original uploaded videos later from us, please enable the option to "Save Original Videos" in the dashboard.
